Excellent knowledge of home care regulatory requirements. | Branch | Support Services (Corporate Office) | Category | Administrative/Managerial | Job Type | Director of Clinical Svcs | Job Description | As the Manager of Clinical Services (MCS) you are responsible for directing the accurate, complete and timely provision of quality patient care and services in compliance with regulatory, operational and financial requirements. Assures the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of clinical records in compliance with regulatory, operational and financial requirements. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating clinical measures of performance. Develops and follows through with action plans based on measurement results. Actively participates in the recruitment, selection, orientation and retention of qualified clinical staff and applicable office staff. Provides supervision, direction and leadership to clinical staff and applicable office staff, including but not limited to performance feedback, coaching, mentoring and problem resolution. Provides training and educational opportunites for clinical and applicable office staff; participates in and/or facilitates these activities as necessary. Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely communication of regulatory, operational and financial information to clinical and applicable office staff. Responsible for the coordination and/or completion of performance improvement activities. Actively participates in branch activities such as strategic planning, PAG meetings, budget development and financial performance. Acts as back-up to the Administrative Director.
